Our upgrade and installation of new equipment has taken longer than expected. Actually, the server is not functioning as expected and the manufacturer has agreed to replace it. This will impact us for a short while.
All Lithuanian programing [new radio broadcasts and server related work] had to stop, with the exception of Lithuanian Language.
There was no established Internet connection, so I was off for most of Wednesday dealing with technical issues over the phone.
This was a great learning experience, that I would wish on no one.
So, I hope you still got connected to our website and CONTENTS tab for a majority of our "on demand" programing.
This was one of those few times our effort was interrupted by a loss of an Internet connection from "Studio A" - but, our existing programs still were available through out Internet efforts via the website and BlogSpots.
Don't forget our "Special Presentation" two full length movies - "Jonas Mekas" and "Batuotas Katinas" -
I could not respond to administrative duties, like email, thanks to new supporters, and other routine functions.
My pardons, I will catch up.
The next radio broadcast will be out 150th since late March 2006 in the current format.
Programming will return - I expect to have a radio broadcast Thursday.
