Lithuania 1993 A documentary as filmed by Algimantas Jomantas of Geelong, Australia - Born in Lithuania
- portrays Lietuva / Lithuania just after re establishment of Independence.
He walks through various cities, towns, and notable places -
Historical monuments that were left in disrepair.

He gave me his recordings on VHS tapes in 2001 and mentioned to me that Maybe "Some Day" we will be able to see these on the Internet to show a slice of life in Lithuania during different time periods.
I converted these VHS tapes to a viewable format. The results are the same quality as the original. But the Historical value is there as a moment in time.

Algimantas passed away in 2003, but his wish finally came true. Most of the music you hear faintly in the background is of recorded Lithuanian folk music and piano playing, incidental to his work. Please accept this for its historical value.
