The coming year will be a "Bright" year and we will do our best to make it so.

Much has already been done to start of the new year and more is being done
behind the scenes.

To start off, I would like to mention a few very important aspects that keep a
nation and a people alive and thriving.
.
It is necessary to keep the language alive and speak it, to know ones heritage
and be aware of ones culture. To do otherwise, a nation, a people, a language
will die.
.
These are a few important attributes that kept Lithuanians as a people alive
regardless where they went and regardless of circumstances. The language is
still as modern as it is old and the traditions go back thousands of years.
.
This has been the purpose of what we have been doing for many years at
"The Lithuanians."
.
Language, music, culture, history and more have been mixed in to bring you
what you seek. Some don't realize what that "burning inside" is all about.

It's just that.

So, in 2008, this will be the continued mission.
