Raymond Balta was born in a little country in central Europe, Lithuania. Today Lithuania is rather well known, at least known by more than many years ago. The pride of his native land has been burning inside since early childhood. Every once in a while he is asked about Lithuania by friends, neighbors or even strangers when they find out his heritage, his roots.
This is his story. The story of many. How he became a proud Lithuanian American.
