
Dell Computer responds and listens. From Dell's Corporate HQ in Austin Texas, Debbie, Customer Advocate expresses her concern and a desire to make things right. There is a satisfactory resolution and see "the Rest of The Story" to quote a famous radio celebrity. This is the "Dell Experience II" a sequel to our March 15, 2007 BlogCast.
This is an Example of a Company that "can" make it right, and goes out of their way to make it so.
