Cepelinai - Zepplins PART 2 from Rasa's Kitchen

Cepelinai - Zepplins PART 2 from Rasa's Kitchen

Cepelinai (singular - cepelinas) or Didžkukuliai are a Lithuanian national dish. Its Cepelinai, because you don't [can't]eat just one.
They are a type of dumpling made from grated potatoes and usually stuffed with minced meat, although sometimes dry cottage cheese or mushrooms are used instead.

NEXT: You will be taken to The Boston's Best, Ethnic Restaurant serving this Original National Lithuanian dish.  Sunday will be the day for this feast and I will have some Cepelinai about noon time and as Rasa says, "some beer to wash it down with," Lithuanian Beer of course. Utenos, Svyturys or a Kalnapolis [ or Budvizeris Litas]

If you got plenty of hints and know where this Lithuanian restaurant is, meet me there about noon, Sunday, March 26. Lets have some Cepelinai, an Utenos and great conversation - maybe strike up a song or two.

After takeing more pictures, there will be an official REVIEW and posting here and at our website of The Boston's Best, Ethnic Restaurant - for now savor what we will be tasting.
