Outsiders are ignoring parking signs and rules all over the City.

After this event the Mayor goes to shake the stunned owners hand
and tells him not to park his car like this in the future and to obey traffic ordinances.

The owner from Belarus responds that he hopes to abide by the rules in the future.

The Mayor, to keep his City clean, sweeps up the glass and debris as the Mercedes gets towed away.
